We see breakfast as a lovely rendezvous: with the city and with good food. Our Tuscan style buffet breakfast is served in the Osteria Bonodinulla, on the ground floor of the Residence, directly accessible from the rooms through a convenient internal lift. The products we serve are mostly of our own production. Our bread is baked every morning on-premises, in our open kitchen and served still hot from the oven, chewy and flavorsome just like all of all of our other baked goods from pizza to traditional Tuscan flatbread. The desserts and cookies not baked on site are provided by our bakery in Quarrata, the Panificio Giuntini and arrive fresh every morning.
The meats and cheeses, as well as milk, are chosen from the best local producers here in tuscany. Our coffee with it’s unmistakable aroma, in all its variants - including organic - is by Moka Jenne, the world renowned coffee that originated here in the heart of Pistoia. This is what makes the difference for us: preparing the best food of our land has to offer and serving it it every morning with a warm welcoming smile.
Upon tasting, it’s rich but delicate quality surrounds the palate with a rounded sweetness. In the mouth, a bouquet of spices and chocolate merge with hints of dried fruit with a toasted touch.
A blend of coffees from certified organic selections. A unique espresso, in aroma and flavor, that adheres to natural production methods. Biochicco is certified organic coffee with a pure natural taste. No pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used, allowing us to acquaint ourselves with coffee cultivated by ancient methods. Certified international control bodies follow the coffee bean from it’s growth, to the collection phase, to the product batches…guaranteeing the utmost quality. The BIO certification follows the brand up to the place of processing.
